The correct selection of stocks remains the ultimate discipline in trading. If you master this, you have already taken a big step. To support you in this, there is the software Scanz. However, Scanz is not just a scanner, but has some additional functions. We'll show you exactly what these are and how they can support you in trading in this blog post.
What is Scanz?
Scanz is a stock screener and scanner that allows you to scan and filter the entire US stock market for stocks with the greatest potential. The second main feature of the software is real-time news. This makes the software a true all-rounder. We'll take a closer look at the individual functions below.
How is Scanz structured?
Scanz comes with a variety of useful tools that we will get to know in more detail below. Here we see the simply designed menu, from which you can open and manage all tools. Next to it, you see a news window, which shows all news about all US stocks in real time with the current setting. It is possible to set an audio alert. In the upper right corner of the illustration, you can see the so-called Easy Scanner. This market overview automatically gives you the stocks with the highest dollar volume for the current day.
The beauty of it is that these tools also work before the market opens. So you can prepare for the US trading session calmly without having to rush anything. In the lower left, we see the Level2 tool, which includes all Level 2 data. This way, we can always identify the different buyers and sellers and their limit orders. This function alone costs extra from other software vendors. The remaining window in the lower right shows a personalized screener with which I scan my stocks in the pre-market. The structure follows this clearly defined order:
What the optimal process of successful traders looks like: screening the stock market, reading news about the stocks found, technical analysis of the chart, and finally trading
Scanz Pro Stock Scanner
In the Pro Scanner, it's all about Scanz's core competency: finding and filtering the best stocks. In the "CREATE SCANS" tab, you can build your own filters and search the entire US market with these criteria. If you want to save these settings, you can click the SAVE SCAN
button. This way, you can find the saved scans in the "MY SCANS" tab and, of course, use them again and again.
